Emmanuel Oje Ehimika, simply called Preacherman, is a Minister of the Gospel; a leading influencer of people of influence around the world.
Emmanuel born in June 30, 1960, hails from Okpuje in Owan West Local Government Area of Edo State, South-South Zone of Nigeria.
He is an alumnus of St. John’s College, Fugar, Edo State Nigeria; Ibadan Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria and the
University of Benin, Benin-City, Edo State, Nigeria where he bagged a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in the year 1981.
In 1982, he completely veered off the field of Economics to pioneer the art of Academic Motivational talks in Nigeria,
with overwhelming testimonies and commendations.
On May 22, 1996, the Federal Government of Nigeria through her agency; Federal Ministry of Education organised
a national symposium where Emmanuel addressed the first-ever lecture on Character Formation in Nigeria targeted at inculcating in the
nation’s youths, the development of excellence in Character and Success in academic pursuit.
On January 30, 1994, Emmanuel, started the Roots Christian Centre Church which was later closed down in 2004 after it served its purpose of preparing him to minister to pastors, through The Ministers Alive magazine platform.
The Ministers Alive magazine, (hard copies), which are given out free of charge worldwide since November 2004 with the help of financial partners is reputed to be one of the most guileless and practical Christian literatures, distinctly cutting across all denominations; with testimonies and commendations from both world renowned and up-coming Christian leaders about its impact. On April 28, 1993, Emmanuel pioneered the first Christian Television Ministry – Hour of Refreshing in Abeokuta City, Ogun State, Nigeria, same city where the first Church building in Nigeria is located.
In the year 2000, his Radio and Television motivational talk programme titled – Splashes of Challenge was one of the earliest motivational talk shows in Nigeria, solely aired free on OGBC II, Abeokuta, LTV and Eko FM, Lagos, Nigeria.
In 2001, Emmanuel founded the Strategic Mothers vision aimed at instructing mothers in guiding their children into fulfilling their divine purposes. He published the Strategic Mothers book that was circulated world-wide and was rated by world celebrious ministers as one of the best books on motherhood ever written.
Indicatively, in 2010, Emmanuel outset The Jesus Dream (TJD) annual Worldwide one hour prayer of unity, observed in unison throughout the whole world. It’s an experience which has now translated into The Jesus Dream Worldwide Worship Hour (TJD) with holds on June 30, every year with free advert support from media houses around the world running into multiples of millions of dollars.
In 2011, Dr David Yonggi Cho, Chairman Church Growth, South Korea, came in agreement with Emmanuel concerning The Jesus Dream Worldwide Hour, after which many other world renowned leaders also gave him their right hand of fellowship. The Jesus Dream global call to worship jingle has been translated into over seventy (70) languages including the Most Spoken Languages of the World and all the major languages across Nigeria. In 2015 Emmanuel wrote the Foreword to the world-famed and celebrated book, Living Waters for Kings And Presidents, a book received exclusively in the Palaces of Kings and Queens, and in the Executive Offices of over one hundred and seventy five Presidents of nations of the world, several Mayors, Judges, Governors, Captains of businesses in market places, across the world with heart-warming testimonies flowing in from Presidents of nations, Governors and Kings, their ilk around the world.
Emmanuel and his ‘early’ wife Bisi, (who departed to be with the Lord, on July 2018), are blessed with children and grandchildren.
On November 26, 2020, Emmanuel got married to his present wife, Christie, who supports him full time in Ministry.
